Terms of service.

lot.sh is for lawful creative work. Don't use the tools to generate CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that impersonates a real person without their permission. We will refuse and refund any run that trips our automated content checks; repeated violations end the account.

Each run is priced in two parts: a base cost set per tool, plus a variable component that scales with how long the run takes and the parameters you choose (output resolution, duration, quality settings, and so on). The total is debited from your credit balance only on success — failed runs are refunded automatically. Credit packs never expire and aren't transferable. All sales are final; we don't refund unused balance.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We'll stop processing immediately and purge your blobs within 24 hours. Outstanding ledger rows are kept for tax purposes for the period required by law and then deleted.

lot.sh is provided "as is". The tools are best-effort; outputs aren't guaranteed to be useful or correct. We don't accept liability for downstream use. Standard "to the maximum extent permitted by law" — your statutory rights aren't affected.

We may amend these terms; material changes are emailed to signed-in accounts at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version is dated 2026-05-04.
